Romanian and Wehrmacht’s troops triumphal return from Crimea, during the WW2. The troops are marching under the Arch of Triumph in Bucharest. Only a year later, the same place will filled by the Soviet troops, occupying the city.

      Chris, I guess you know who he is; what can I say? We were allies at the time, and of course nobody likes or approves of this in modern times today. But…history is history, and it is full of awkward or stupid moments. And this I believe to be true for almost every nation out there :-).
