Bought this from a US seller quite a number of years ago, name of the seller was Xkaes or something (I hope I am not wrong). A good film cutter, from 35 mm stock down to 9.2mm which is the film width for Minox.
Made from acrylic sheet, with razor blades as the cutters themselves. The entire blade block is held together by two screws, which makes the blade change very easy. The acrylic sheet is masked with black paper, and so is the cutting surface. This makes the slitter hard to use if it is kept in a humid area, the humidity may soften the paper and when dragging the film onto it, you may be in for a nasty surprise.
That said, if care is taken to be stored in a cold and dry area, this will serve you well.
