Mondays are, most of the times, very different from other days of the week. And this is a truism, for which I am not going to acquiesce any responsibility. If any, lay it at the door of The Mamas and the Papas.
Went out and had a walk about in the city centre, a city where I was on business. Yes, I was on a business trip. No, the business was not of the taking pictures nature. But when one’s meeting is postponed for a few hours, what one can do but get one’s Nikon FM3A and snap around, grinning like mad. Thing is, Mondays are rather quiet in areas where most of the fun happens Fridays and Saturdays. So, fewer people roaming around means better view of the places, and better (hah, I wish) photographs.
Anyhow, I feel much better when I visit a place that not many people find interesting at the time of my visit, so to say. Not antisocial, but when I want to photograph stuff without people, well, people are a hindrance, if you know what I mean. Sure you do.
