Starting its production in 1969, Minox Germany closed it on this model in 1978, so this camera was produced in a very large numbers for almost a decade. It shook the ultraminiature camera community (and then some) with its electronic shutter, CdS meter, and internals that only 5 years before seemed fantasy.
Manual speeds from 1/15 to 1/1000, automatic exposure on A shutter dial, UV screen permanent fixed in front of the lens and a retractable ND filter, parallax viewfinder with luminous frame, flash sync socket.
This particular model is of raised rim type, red led lamp, metric distance dial, serial number makes it a Minox C camera produce in 1970-1971 (234xxxx).
