Pocket Fujica Flash AW

Pocket Fujica Flash AW

This Fujica is a 110 film camera, a format which used to be very popular back in the day. Although never used it much myself, I purchased it in 2002 mainly because it had the motor-driven film winding. And a nice feature to have it is. I thought it to be a nice addition to my 110 film cameras lot, and it was.

It has a Fujinon Wide lens, 20mm, with a focus from 1m to infinity. and a built-in flash. The camera looks more complicated than it actual is, because of the various controls. But it’s actually a simple thing, once you put the film cartridge in, and close the door, the camera will basically take over completely.

This model started to be produced in 1980, at the height of 110 film format. It was and is part of the 110 models produced by Fuji along the years, and this model is one of the few 110 cameras with a auto winder feature.
