This is a film cutter combination, made by Jimmy Li, out of steel. It uses the same cutting rollers system, only this time the 35mm stock is cut in two stripes, 1 x 16mm and 1 x 9.2mm. It works like a charm, and seeing it is exceedingly well and from durable steel, it may last you a lifetime.
