Very useful if you choose to process your Minox film in a Jobo 1500 tank, as opposed to develop it in a traditional manner, meaning in the Minox daylight tank. To each their own, I say, and if you get good results, kudos to you. This is not the only 8×11 reel out there, others have made 3D models and print them. Apparently, good results with these reels. One should not confuse this reel here with the Film Stuff Lab’s Jobo 8×11 Developing Reel, presented here. They are different, because where the Marcus Dunkmann’s is fashioned from a regular 35mm film dev reel, the Film Stuff Lab’s is 3D printed. Not a world of difference between these, but they are not the same thing.
