A test strip of Fomapan 100 @ 100, with Minox EC. I have been experimenting (and still am) on stand development with the Minox tank. As a rule, I usually agitate the solution by means of slow rotation, pipette or thermometer, in various ways. Regarding matter in hand, the developer was Kodak’s D76, dilution 1+1, 10′.
It is clearly visible that the stand development with Minox tank did not do the film any favours, at least in my case shown here. Not bad frames, but no cigar either; the details are almost not there, sharpness down a notch or two, shadows not developed properly, tones are poor. A bad choice, at least with this film and developer.
