I do not remember exactly how I came by this meter, but it has been with me for the best part of 20 yrs. Probably picked it up at a car boot sales, or from an old shop somewhere in Europe, while traveling. All I know is that this meter was with me for a good period of time, because it is lighter than any other I have, accurate and reliable.
A regular DIN/GOST dial with opposite windows for setting the film value. This meter works just any other selenium meter would; point the thing, check the needle, read the numbers, match the number to the speed dial and you are set. Pretty simple.
The selenium cell appears still working like a charm, in spite being quite old now, seeing the meter has been made in the former Soviet Union.
